    Self-paced, monthly workout plans that are tailored to your goals, time, and equipment. Includes weekly feedback and monthly check-ins to discuss your progress, form, and overall wellbeing.

  • Fitness Evaluation and Consultation

    One time session to answer individual fitness questions, receive feedback on form, and learn about programming.
