First sessions can feel intimidating, and I'm here to alleviate that anxiety.
All you have to do is show up, and I promise I will take care of the rest. That means setting up equipment, guiding you through each exercise, and making sure every movement feels good in your body before we move forward. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, for us to start building trust, and for you to leave feeling confident, not overwhelmed.

I train out of the Independent Training Spot near Bryant Park and PWR NYC in the Upper West Side.
Both locations are independent personal training facilities, which means they’re made up exclusively of trainers and their clients. There are no random gym-goers working out around you. It's a focused, intentional environment that feels a lot less overwhelming than a traditional gym.

A lot of personal training is focused on aesthetics: how you look, how much you weigh, how fast you get there. That's not what I'm about.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I start with you, your body, your life, your goals, and build from there. And while we do the work, we don't take ourselves too seriously. Showing up should feel good, and even a little fun. The goal isn't just results. It's making the gym somewhere you actually want to be.

In-person training ranges from $155–$175 per session depending on the package.
Virtual training is $75 per 30 minute session.
Hybrid training is $500/month.
